The Importance Of Confessing Jesus…Mark 8 pt 9: Jesus... "said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it. For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? ...
"We also believe that the fullest revelation of truth, is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who has called himself, “the Way, the Truth, and the Life”.
Jesus... said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it.' (Mark 8:34-38) ...Jesus is the The Way, the Truth and the Life!

'Prayer Warrior' Pastor Tortured, Then Hung to Death in Church; Congregation Terrified: A pastor in India who was known for long five- to six-hour prayer sessions was found beaten, tortured and hung to death from the rafters of his church, parishioners said. The murder has deeply shocked the congregation. (May God comfort and strengthen the congregation!)
Hans and Sophie Scholl: The ultimate sacrifice in Nazi Germany: Today marks 75 years since the deaths of two brave young Christians who stood up to the might of Nazi Germany at the height of the Second World War. Midway through 1942, university students Hans and Sophie Scholl helped form the White Rose – a non-violent anti-Nazi resistance group. ...
The White Rose movement began creating leaflets aimed at the millions of Germans who were blind to Nazi atrocities. The leaflets were posted to houses and in public places around Munich, where Hans and Sophie were studying, highlighting the Jewish holocaust, which they called a crime “unparalleled in all of history”. They knew they risked their lives, but because of their strong Christian convictions the siblings knew they had to take action.
Every leaflet produced and distributed by the White Rose quoted scripture. Sophie’s favorite verse was James 1:22 – “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.”
Sophie and her brother were arrested on 18 February 1943.... On 22 February, they were tried by the German People’s Court and found guilty of high treason, and subsequently executed at Stadelheim Prison. ...Sophie’s final words were: “God, you are my refuge into eternity”.

Christian refugees told to 'prove' their faith: ‘Christians who have converted from Islam and want to remain in Austria because of the threat of persecution and death they would face if they returned their home countries are being forced to “prove” their conversions. ... “Converts are being asked increasingly difficult questions about the Trinity... questions which 90 percent of Austrian protestants would not be able to answer,” said Karl Schiefermaier, a national leader of the Lutheran Church in Austria. Senate confirms nominee whose faith triggered Bernie Sanders' rage: The Senate has confirmed Russell Vought, President Trump’s nominee to be deputy director for the Office of Management and Budget. ... What makes Vought’s nomination novel is the fact that his Christian beliefs enraged Sen. Bernie Sanders, who lost to Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Democratic presidential-primary race....
Vought: "...I’m a Christian, and I believe in a Christian set of principles based on my faith. That post, as I stated in the questionnaire to this committee, was to defend my alma mater, Wheaton College, a Christian school that has a statement of faith that includes the centrality of Jesus Christ for salvation..."
Learn what's at stake in 2018 midterms: Not only did brash outsider Donald Trump defeat a long list of Washington insiders in the Republican presidential primary, he laid waste to the Oval Office ambitions of Democrat Hillary Clinton, who was thought by many to be entitled to the position. Trump did it by promising to “drain the swamp” in Washington and to “make America great again.” Since then, the nation’s economy has surged, its enemies abroad are facing pushback, agendas such as global warming have been put on the back burner and more.
Mark Levin to CPAC: We Need to Stand with Trump Because Democrats 'Want to Take Him Out over Our Dead Bodies': “We are the first and last line of defense for this country. I don’t care if you agree with this president or not. It is our obligation to defend this man and defend this office...” Not since Ronald Reagan have we had a man so serious about reining in the massive administrative state.
People Will Scoff About the End Times the Bible Warns. Many churches today don't preach about Jesus' return: ...many non-Christians mock the notion of God's coming judgment and Jesus' soon return. ... My heart goes out to these people because they are not the enemy, satan is and he wants to keep them blinded. Knowing the stakes are eternal, we must tell them about God's holiness, coming judgment and redemption through Jesus.

Is the U.N. fulfilling ancient biblical prophecy? On Dec. 21, 2017, the U.N. united as one to stand against one city on the planet: Jerusalem. Twenty-five centuries earlier, the prophet Zechariah wrote these words from the Lord: “I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem for battle” (Zechariah 14:2) Did the United Nations just move us one step closer to fulfilling this ancient prophecy? ...
What has the U.N. been doing during the horrific war in Syria? Where has the U.N. been during the attempted genocide of Christians in the Middle East? Decades earlier, what did the U.N. have to say about Tiananmen Square in China or Saddam Hussein’s chemical warfare against the Kurds? Yet when America recognizes Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, the U.N. is an uproar.

"I (God) will bless those who bless you (Israel) and will curse those who curse you" (Gen 12:3): The Bible says God would one day re-gather the children of Israel back into their land from among many nations around the world.
