Group Coaching:
"A synergy of energy, commitment, and excitement is created by
what the participants bring to the group. One of the many bonuses to
Group Coaching is that the participants raise the standards by
challenging each other to create and implement targets/ dreams/ goals.
How to Create and Run a
MasterMind Group:
"There is synergy of energy, commitment, and excitement that
participants bring to a MasterMind Group. ...participants raise the bar
by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm
ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and
compassion. ... The concept of the MasterMind Group was formally
introduced by Napoleon Hill in the early 1900's. In his timeless
classic, 'Think And Grow Rich' he wrote about the Mastermind principle
as: 'The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who
work toward a definite purpose, in
the spirit of harmony. ...
"No two minds ever
come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible
force, which may be likened to a third mind."
"...each person’s
participation is key. Your peers give you feedback, help you brainstorm
new possibilities, and set up accountability structures that keep you
focused and on track. You will create a community of supportive
colleagues who will brainstorm together to move the group to new
heights."
Why Groups?
"The implications of spiritual reconnection have extreme impact upon how
humans think about themselves as members of groups. Ultimately,
humanity as a unified whole, is the highest group to which each
individual belongs. The spiritual connection impressed upon the body as
the powerful urge to commune and interact with brothers and sisters,
moves humanity to discover themselves as members within this singular
group....
"This is the family
of humankind. Its separate parts reflect the
collective whole. Just as each human cell contains the knowledge
of its entire body, so each human being holds within his/her self the
information necessary to sustain and progress the entire whole. By
offering need-meeting opportunities, each kind of group plays its own
unique part in the
cooperative purposeful whole.
"Diversity
of thought and membership should be celebrated when and wherever
possible.
"The developmental
task of any group is to establish the conditions for true, connected
cooperation within and between its members, in order for any group goal
to have and
enjoy the synergy of the combined energy of its members. This
means that there cannot be competition within and between members, or
certain predicable patterns will arise."
Align - glossary:
"Sacred Law: A synergy of energy governing the movement or evolution of a form.
When alignment of all components are present, then synergy happens. Not
determined by man-made laws. Sacred Law governs the timing of synergy.
Selection of twenty-four works accompanied by the artist’s writings:
"It is through our senses that we experience, so mine is an effort to make an
art that brings us to our senses. The drawing is my first encounter. The right
question makes the sense make sense -- a synergy of energy, exuberance and
observation."
The Door of the Mind:
"If you have a very large streamer, you can surround your group within the
center circle with this symbol....The synchronicities of the group will find
their balance and the Sacred Laws of Harmony will
connect one heart to another in a joyful dance of ceremony, of sharing,
and of energy. As we see that this is a very necessary understanding for the
human peoples - how to work one with another in Sacred Space, in wholesome
Space, in Special Space - that sitting within this symbol, calling upon Movement
and Balance, and calling upon the
synchronicity that Pure Knowledge brings, that the flow of prayer from
one to another, that the movements in the dance of the ceremony, and that the
thoughts of the people will be One.
"To
facilitate this a short three minute meditation at the beginning of your group
upon Movement and Balance - upon the
Flowing Synergy of energy between one another - will bring about this
telepathy of Mind, Heart, and Spirit that allows the Flow of the Sacred Word,
that allows the flows of Heart Action... to bind the circle as One Being
of Light, with individual expression guiding the
dance as a whole."
In To THE ONE: "The
combination of Kailash's subtle, yet powerful Didgeridoo skills, and music
assortment, brought the guided meditation into expanding crescendos... [w]hich
culminated in a synthesis that integrated body, mind, and Spirit, by the
fusional journal that this
synergy of power procured, which we recorded as INTO THE ONE. Kailash
unites together the various cosmologies of diverse ethno-cultures, and shamanic
procedures, into one post-modern archaic
synergised synthesis. This serendipity is the alchemical compression and
condensation of past golden ages, now required to be fused.
THE STORY OF VAASTUPURUSHA:
"The movement of the life force in a person is very significant in relation to
one's feelings and emotions as well as to one's health, spirituality, and
prosperity. In nitya vaastu the energy movement in the house is in tune
with the energy movement of the inhabitants. This
synergy of energy is key to health and contentment.
Energy Medicine Directory:
"I assist you in creating you, nurturing body, mind and soul through a
synergy of energy balancing, chakra work, creative visualization, archetypal
therapy and spiritual counseling."
This last item doesn't
use the word synergy, but it seems to fit:
Communities of commitment: the heart of learning organizations
by Peter Senge & Fred Kofman: "Learning organizations are spaces for
generative conversations
and concerted action..... People can talk from their hearts and connect
with one another in the spirit of dialogue (from the Greek dia +
logos--moving through). Their dialogue weaves a common ongoing fabric
and connects them at a deep level of being. When people talk and
listen to each other this way, they create a field of alignment
that produces tremendous power to invent new realities in
conversation, and to bring about these new realities in action.
"As the myth of the hero leader
fades, a new myth of teams and communities that can lead themselves is
emerging. In 1983, successful grassroots community organizers from
around the world gathered for a unique meeting in the United States.
This group of 'Gandhis of the world' produced a beautiful articulation
of this new leadership myth: Our times are increasingly characterized by
the
awakening of the human force all over the planet, expressing itself
in popular movements, grassroots communities, and local organizations.
This world force is a new kind of leadership capable of synthesizing
the expressions of groups and organizing for action. Leadership from
and of the group--and from the least among us -- is the hope for change
in our time. ...
"... the clash of collective leadership and
hierarchical leadership nonetheless poses a core dilemma for learning
organizations. ....
"... the dilemma ['creative tension'] can
become a source of energy and imagination through the idea of
"servant leadership....'"

Fred Senge, Peter M. TITLE(s): "Communities
of commitment: the heart of learning organizations"
