An analysis of Community Oriented Policing
Anonymous: I read with great interest the article by Phillips Worts regarding the relation between "Total Quality Management" and marxism. I have to say, that in spite of him being a policeman and therefore a philosopher, he and by extension yourselves, are nothing but a bunch of paranoids. Please, take a trip to Afganistan and meet people like you (taliban preferably). Don't come back, please.

From Robert Pair: I noticed your beginning page on TQM... I know of no other thing on this Earth, except for possibly the "Green" movement or Islam, that is affecting this World more, and preparing the people for the acceptance of the New World Order and it's False Christ.
A lot, and I do mean a lot of Christians are falling victim to this system. I have seen fellow employees get so wrapped up in this class that they breakdown and cry in front of everyone about how these classes have benefited their life. Even a lot of Preachers use the terminology of this system and others, (Grid, MRW, etc. ) that are out there. Example...
I have heard David Jeremiah, a nationally know Preacher, use the "Win/Win" phrase from the mind numbing system called "Grid", which I am sorry to say, I have been subjected to. The sermons of him using this phrase was broadcast nationally over the Christian radio stations.
What in the world is a Preacher doing using such terminology of the world to teach God's children? It's because they find nothing wrong with the system, they don't see that it is making them little gods, instead of leading them to the one true God and Savior Jesus Christ.
Most people will swear up and down that this is not wrong, that this is part of today's language. Well, because of these Classes, that the Managers, Teachers, Preachers, Students, and Business personnel are subjected to it has now become part of the language. This was no so just 10 years ago. Through these classes they have actually changed the way we use the English language.
I will soon be subjected to TQM/TQL sometime this year, as the Power Producer I work for subjects all it's employees to this system. They risk losing their job if they refuse.
I fear this system and those like it... not that it will harm me for I am protected by Christ Jesus, but that those who are not keeping their eyes on Christ will be fooled into becoming pawns of society by the indoctrination that comes by TQM. Also, those who don't know Christ will find it very hard to get this out of their mind. Truly only Jesus Christ and God Almighty can save someone who has been indoctrinated by this, and has succumbed to it's treacherous, ungodly, self-reliant lifestyle.
G. is now remembering all the mandatory brainwashing seminars of TQM that APD made him go to, Now after reading your articles, we understand our neighbor, the Habitat head, who [said] that we'd all talk, but "it had to be after he laid the ground rules and we were not to say a word." Now we see that that is "Steven Covey's brainwashing technique."
G. says the chiefs at APD were Covey's devoted followers...and they all acted like they had 'the secret, hidden wisdom'. You have really gotten us so excited to share the Gospel all the more...seeing how short the time is...the night seems to be falling...but G. and I have our 'wedding dress' on every night--waiting to hear His shout, and we want to take a 'crowd' with us!
So do we! God doesn't want anyone to be deceived or to perish, and we will do all we can to awaken and equip His people. I believe this is the Scripture you referred to when you mentioned "our wedding dress:"
‘Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding.’ So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good. And the wedding hall was filled with guests. But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment.... Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ For many are called, but few are chosen."
Second letter from Robert Pair: Is it possible that TQL, Grid, Managing from the Heart, Governor's School, and other programs, are bringing about the Strong Delusion mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2:11,12?
The reason I ask this is that these programs are everywhere, in Business, Government, Schools, Churches, (I especially fear that) and the media. Most of the people are being forced into these programs through coercion, at the risk of jobs, grades, promotions, etc.
The individuals that complete these programs are rewarded with jobs, increased pay, higher grades, or higher positions in the companies. Yet the expectations of these programs do not increase a business's product, or the employee's measurable job performance, there is no physical return for the business, government, or school, but there is a Mental Return. Could this Mental Return, be the Strong Delusion?
In Revelation 13:14 it states that the False Prophet will be able to deceive, "...them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles he had power to do in the sight of the beast", so this shows that the final deceit of the world will come IN the Tribulation, but in 2 Thessalonians it doesn't state that the Strong Delusion will be during the time of the Tribulation. It sort of hints that this may be before the Tribulation...
Verse 3 states. "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except..." then he begins to name - "the falling away", "man of sin", "he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way", etc. But it doesn't exactly indicate the start of the Tribulation.
I fear that the world is being led into "Compliance" with the Anti-Christ and the New World Order BEFORE the Tribulation starts.
Yes, you might well be right. In the three parts of Reinventing the World, I hope to explain this network of systems that will manage, persuade, monitor and control human resources in all nations. Each part of this massive web (being implemented with UN guidance and universal standards) may be in place when that evil ruler is welcomed by a blinded world.
