Girl Accused of Seeking Hit on Father:
"A 15-year-old Hagerstown girl suspected of being part of a clique of teens
who liked to suck one another's blood approached a friend on a crowded
high school bus in October and asked him to kill her father, prosecutors say.
...she told the friend, a male classmate, that he could find her father at 5
a.m., climbing into the work truck he parked in the alley behind their rowhouse.
And that was where, on Halloween morning, her father's body was found in a pool
of blood. He had been stabbed repeatedly in the head and neck. This week, the
girl was ordered held without bond on charges of soliciting murder....
'The only thing
he had a problem with was his daughter and her group of friends,' Dunlap said.
They were a goth 'crew, sucking each other's blood, cutting each other.'
...On his MySpace page yesterday, the victim's 20-year-old son described himself
as 'lost for words': 'I love you dad and miss you, you are the best father anyone
could ask for. may God watch over you now.'"

sources say the 16-year-old will never fully recover from the injuries. .. her
life ruined by these savages, who hunted in a pack like animals....

discriminated against in 'public accommodations.'... It could include any place
outside of private homes -- public sidewalks and streets, 'common halls of buildings'
(any buildings), and even churches and schools.... Existing Massachusetts law
(Sec. 98 of chapter 272) seems to imply that even speaking publicly against
the transgender non-discrimination law, much less leading an effort to overturn
it, could result in fines &/or imprisonment....

Most churches, after all, advertise and welcome the general public! And what
about hospitals, specifically named as a public accommodation in the statute?

Bill H1722 is passed, not only could hotels not ban such groups or their lewd

a fine of $2,500, a year in prison, plus damages of an undesignated amount for

"Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton,
both already under siege for other matters, are now being accused
of failing to prosecute officers of the Texas Youth Commission after
a Texas Ranger investigation documented that guards and administrators
were sexually abusing the institution's minor boy inmates.
Among the charges in the Texas Ranger report were that administrators
would rouse boys from their sleep for the purpose of conducting
all-night sex parties....

Bill Baumann, assistant U.S. attorney in Sutton's office, declining
prosecution on the argument that under 18 U.S.C. Section 242, the
government would have to demonstrate that the boys subjected to
sexual abuse sustained 'bodily injury.' Baumann wrote that, 'As
you know, our interviews of the victims revealed that none sustained
'bodily injury.' ... None of the victims have claimed to have felt
physical pain during the course of the sexual assaults which they

participated in, or even enjoyed, the acts of pedophilia involved:

we need to remove the stigma and probably sixty of my pastoral
staff were tested last year.”
As Warren
has often stressed, a major goal of the AIDS campaign is to remove
any stigma attached to homosexual practices -- no matter what

Michigan Bill Would Require
Cancer Vaccine: "Michigan
girls entering the sixth grade next year would have to be vaccinated against
cervical cancer under legislation backed Tuesday by a bipartisan group of
female lawmakers. ... The vaccine was approved by the Food and Drug Administration
in June for use in girls and women.... It prevents infections from some
strains of the sexually transmitted human papilloma virus, which can cause
cervical cancer and genital warts. A government advisory panel said that
ideally the vaccine should be given before girls become sexually active."

"'Indiana college students are binge drinking at a rate slightly under the
national average of 47 percent. Binge drinking is defined as five or more
drinks for a male and four or more drinks for a female in a two-hour period.
Sixty-five percent of students under age 21 and 71 percent of all students
admitted consuming alcohol during the previous 30 days. Among those who
drink or use drugs, 35 percent report some type of public misconduct while
partaking, such as fighting or trouble with police. One in 10 students responded

for state-funded service providers, such as police and fire departments
and universities, to discriminate against homosexuals, bisexuals
and transgendered persons. Senate Bill 1441,

by Mr. Schwarzenegger, 'closes a crucial gap' in state civil rights
law, said lead sponsor state Sen. Sheila Kuehl, who was backed by
Equality California, a homosexual rights group. ... Numerous Christian
colleges... asked Mr. Schwarzenegger
to veto the bill.... Day care centers, businesses and nonprofits
that contract with the state or take state vouchers will be forced
to choose between promoting homosexuality, bisexuality and transsexuality
within their operations and work forces, including hiring
practices, or forfeiting state funding....

'is an outright, blatant assault on religious

study that found heavy exposure to sexual content on television
shows relates strongly to teenagers' initiation of intercourse or
their progression to more advanced sexual activities.... Now the
RAND Corp. has a new study, published in the August issue of the
journal Pediatrics, taking on another major teenage influence: their
music. The same alarming results jump off the page. According to
the study, based on interviews with nearly 1,500 teens, those who
said they listened to sexually explicit music were almost twice
as likely to start having sex within the following two years than
those who listen to little or none of that music."
